ALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS MUST MAINTAIN 6FT APART AND WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIME UNTIL THE PLAYER STEPS ONTO THE GREEN SCREEN.

1 PLAYER & 1 PARENT ONLY WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SHOOTING AREA, PARENTS WILL LEAVE AFTER THE SHOT HAS BEEN OBTAINED.

MASKS AND HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO NEED THEM ENTERING AND EXITING THE SHOOTING AREA.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE OF MONIES OR PAPER FORMS ON PHOTO DAY, ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE ONLINE SYSTEM NO LATER THE 5/7/2021. ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS DAY RUN THE RISK OF BEING MISSED.   

1. Turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks from date of Shoot.

2. If you do not wish to make a purchase please fill out form and select Team only  this will ensure your child will be in the team photo. ( no prints or digital's will be received) 

3. Parents are responsible for fixing Jerseys, hair and messy faces :)  our photographer can not touch or manipulate any child/ clothing  but will let a parent know what is needed.

4. Additional Photographs will be available for purchase online. 

5. Parents are encouraged to work with the photographer to  choose their favorite pose, this way your happy before you leave.

6. We ask that parents please be patient, we have been given an allotted time to capture the perfect pose to be used in our custom art work, we will work as fast as we can to make sure your child gets a great shot and still makes it on the field for practice.  

7. A - B- C  packages include a Printed 5x7 team photo.   IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE A PACKAGE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TEAM PHOTO

8. PACKAGE D  -Digital Package  includes  a Print release to print at your leisure & a memory mate w/ team photo
